PLME students benefit from a strong network of support throughout their undergraduate years. Brown’s Student Health and Wellness Services include five key departments, BWell Health Promotion, Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), Student Health Services, Student Accessibility Services (SAS), and Brown Emergency Medical Services (BEMS), which provide comprehensive care, including mental health services, wellness programming, urgent medical care, and 24/7 emergency support. Student Support Services also offers individualized assistance from deans and staff for a wide range of academic and personal concerns, including around-the-clock crisis support.
In addition, PLME students have access to the Office of Well-Being at the Warren Alpert Medical School, not only during their medical school years, but also while undergraduates—offering resources that promote mental health, personal growth, and overall well-being at every stage of their journey.
